Shipping and Orders


All our shipments are made by a carrier authorized to operate and with tracking traceability software.

In the event that an order is returned, due to having given us an incorrect address, it will be returned only after confirmation of new address and after re-payment of the shipping costs.
If, at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the address indicated, the order will remain in the transport company, for a maximum period of 5 working days. After this time, the order will be returned to us. In order for a new shipment to be made, new payment of the respective shipments will have to be made.
Once the order is placed, the customer will receive two emails. The first one is sent automatically as soon as the payment is completed. The second will have the order registration number and the invoice in PDF format. Orders will only be sent after confirmation of payment.
